MUGA Maintenance

MUGAs (multi-use games areas) let you maximise the use of the area by providing a surface on which multiple different sports activities can take place.

All users and players contribute to the level of compaction of infill, flattening and wear of the pile of the carpet, and transference of dirt, dust and detritus into the surface.

The infill can become contaminated by the environment. This is why we suggest that a regular maintenance plan is so important. Compaction can slowly block the drainage holes in the carpet creating bad porosity and slow drainage issues. Even after normal rainfall, your surface can reach a critical point of flooding and silt making the surface unplayable.

With regular maintenance, this can all be avoided saving you money and maximising the viability and enjoyment of your MUGA.
